Terms of sale

These terms apply to any order placed on https://lamouettetcg.fr with Audrey Traxel (Entrepreneur individuel (EI)), 19 rue du Potet , 88390 Agemont , France, SIRET 949 432 058 00012, email lamouettetcg@gmail.com. They are accepted with each order; the applicable version is the one in force on the day of the order. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Products

We sell trading card game products: sealed products (boosters, displays, boxes), singles and accessories, while stocks last or, for pre-orders, within the quantities we can obtain from our suppliers. The condition, language, finish and, where applicable, serial number of singles are shown on each product page. Pictures of pre-order products may differ slightly from the final product.

2. Prices

Prices are in euros, including taxes where applicable. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

3. Ordering

You check your cart, choose delivery and payment methods, then confirm the order, which implies an obligation to pay. A confirmation email is sent to you. We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason (payment failure, suspected fraud, obviously incorrect information).

4. Payment

Payment is made by card (via Stripe), PayPal or bank transfer. The full price is payable when ordering, including for pre-order products. For bank transfers, products are reserved for 7 days; if the transfer is not received within that time, the order is cancelled.

5. Pre-orders

A pre-order concerns a product released after the order date. The release date shown is the one announced by the publisher; if it changes, we let you know as soon as possible. As quantities are reserved with our suppliers based on orders, a paid pre-order is firm and cannot be cancelled for convenience before delivery, without prejudice to your legal right of withdrawal. If we receive fewer products than expected (allocation cut, cancellation by the publisher), undelivered quantities are fully refunded.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address or pick-up point you choose. An order containing in-stock products and pre-orders can be shipped all at once, when the last pre-order is released, or as items become available; the cost of each parcel is shown before payment. Shipping is free for any parcel worth at least €80.00. We remain responsible for transport until the parcel is handed over. Please report any damaged parcel promptly.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of the products to withdraw, without giving any reason, by sending us a clear statement (for example the withdrawal form) to lamouettetcg@gmail.com. You then return the products within 14 days, at your own cost. We refund you, including the initial standard delivery cost, within 14 days of your withdrawal; we may wait until we receive the products or proof of their dispatch. You may be liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and characteristics of the products; for collectibles, the condition of the packaging and seal is taken into account.

8. Legal guarantees

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (French Consumer Code, articles L.217-3 et seq.) and the guarantee against hidden defects (French Civil Code, articles 1641 et seq.). 9. Personal data

Your data is processed to manage your orders and our relationship, as described on the Privacy policy page.

10. Disputes
