Data processed and purposes

• Orders: identity, addresses, email, phone, order contents; to perform the sale (contract), kept 10 years for accounting records (legal obligation).
• Customer account: email, encrypted password, first name, addresses, wishlist; until the account is deleted or after 3 years of inactivity.
• Newsletter: email, with your consent, until you unsubscribe.
• Security: truncated IP addresses and technical logs, a few weeks.

Recipients

Your data is never sold or rented. It is only shared with the service providers we need: payment (Stripe, PayPal), shipping (Boxtal and the selected carriers), hosting (Kreativmedia), email delivery. The shop never stores card details.

Your rights

You can access, correct, erase or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to lamouettetcg@gmail.com. You can also delete your account from your profile. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
